NEW Research on shared parenting
Your Thoughts are Wanted - Your help is needed for research about Shared Parenting in Australia.
i-dont.com.au has been approached by university researchers, to seek out willing participants who are prepared to participate in a research project on Shared Parenting. The aim of the research is to analyse how parents undertake the practice of parenting their children after they have separated or divorced.
The research is wanting to explore the views and experiences of separated parents and how they share their parenting responsibilities with their ex-spouse or partner. It will be looking at the range of social and legal issues that affect shared parenting. In the next few months they will begin initial interviews with people who are willing to be interviewed. Full confidentiality is assured for all participants. Although it is early days for the changes introduced in the new Shared Parenting provisions in the Family Law Act, participation in this research will provide useful information about the reality of post-separation parenting practices now. If you are interested in participating in this research project please contact us at i-dont.com.au.
